Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries. You can find a full list of our shipping destinations on the Delivery & Returns page. All orders are shipped from the UK.

What is your Returns & Exchange policy?

Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the original condition, in the packaging they were sent to you. Returned orders that required additional shipping costs will be refunded minus said shipping costs. All information can be found on the Delivery & Returns page. Please note that if customer changed their mind, which the person does not want item any more. Customer is liable to pay for return postage.

Do you always keep the cost of delivery after a refund?

The delivery charge is non-refundable unless the delivery time selected was not adhered to or you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

I'm not sure what size I am! Can you help me?

Take a look at our Size & Fitting page. You will find a guide how to take your measurements then check them against the size guide of each garment. If you think you are in between sizes, drop us an email and we will be happy to help!

Why is my payment failing to process?

There are many possible reasons, including insufficient funds in your bank account, using an address that the bank does not recognise, your card details are incorrect, the card has gone past its expiry date, or your card verification password is incorrect. If you're having too much trouble with your card you can always pay via PayPal.

Can I change my order?

Yes, but only if you contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched (you will have been emailed) then unfortunately your order will need to be returned to be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order within 7 days from when you placed it. If we have shipped your order and you wish to cancel you must return it to us in the same condition in which it was sent to arrive within the 7 days. You will then be entitled to a refund.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

U.K. Customers 1-3 working days

EUROPEAN Customers 5-7 working days

Rest of The World Customers 7-15 working days

Is it safe to order online?

Yes! Payments are made through a secure server hosted PayPal. Your bank may follow the Confirm and Pay page with a card verification screen. We use industry standard encryption to ensure your details are kept safe.

How long will my refund take?

When we process a refund, we tell the Paypal to refund the amount back to your bank account or Paypal account which can take up to 4 days. If you have returned items you must allow 3 workings days for the return checked by our quality control team and your refund processed by the accounts department.
